Daily Routine

You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.
The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.

I don't have daily routine for a long time. I just started since few days ago. I know you need to have routine for 90 days before it will get into your system. So it is my new challenge for 90 days to keep it up. I already know that with travelling it will be hard to keep on, but I will do my best to keep most of it.

    Waking Up
    My morning start usually 10 min before my alarm goes off. I wake up, smile, and in my head I say all things I'm thankful for. After graditude, I kiss the love of my life. Tell him how much I love him and wish him a good day. Then I drink big glass of water. When I'm on a way to work I graditude for my work and co-workers.

    During the Day
    After coming back from work I eat lunch and talk with my mum on Skype. After that I go and work out for now max 30 min per day. Because I wake up at 5:15, I mostly feel tired so then I take 30 min nap. After it I eat something and try to find some motivation or idea to write on my blog or make a video about. And write a post or record video.

    During the Evening
    In the evening I mostly cook dinner and together with my soul mate we watch something on Netflix. After that I go take a shower, and depending how much time I have I read a book. Before I fall asleep I do some meditation and say things I'm thankful for what happend the same day and generally in my life. After that I quickly go to a dream land.
